Yikes, I don’t read King because I’m such a chicken, but I love his book On Writing (which is great for sunny day reading, btw).

I read The Stand years ago, but I would like to read the un-edited version. I actually started readit it 3 or 4 times, before I finally got far enough into it to really enjoy it.

I could definitely get into some King at almost any time. I still need to read “The Stand”—I have a copy of that somewhere around here!

I’m with you!! I would probably read the same things as when I was depressed!! You know, I dove into the Left Behind series with a vengence! I read the fist 8 or so right away. Then I got tired of waiting for the rest, and never finished. I think I may have to go back and start over!!
